We are looking for an experienced Procurement Engineer – Finishes to manage the procurement of finishing materials for construction projects. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in construction procurement, vendor management, cost negotiation, and finishing materials.

Key Responsibilities:

? Develop procurement strategies for finishing materials in line with project timelines and budgets.

? Coordinate with architects, designers, and project managers to understand material specifications.

? Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors.

? Monitor market prices, material availability, and cost-effective sourcing opportunities.

? Coordinate material deliveries, logistics, and storage.





? Conduct quality checks to ensure materials meet project specifications.

? Resolve material supply and delivery issues.

? Maintain procurement records, reports, and documentation.

Requirements:

✅ 10+ years of relevant experience in construction procurement.

✅ Strong knowledge of finishing materials, vendor management, and price negotiations.

✅ Experience coordinating with construction, design, and project teams.

✅ Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
