: Process Trainer – Quick Commerce

Location: Bangalore

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on and energetic Process Trainer to train and upskill ground-level teams across quick commerce operations. The role involves ensuring effective implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), improving operational efficiency,



and maintaining process accuracy across dark stores and fulfillment centers.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct on-site training for Pickers, Team Leads (TLs), Store Managers (SMs), and City Logistics Managers (CLMs).
- Train teams on order picking, inventory management, dispatch operations, and dark store processes.
- Visit dark stores and fulfillment centers to conduct process audits and refresher training.
- Evaluate employee performance and identify skill gaps to improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor key metrics such as picking accuracy, order turnaround time, and error rates.
- Ensure consistent implementation of SOPs and operational best practices across locations.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Prior experience in Process Training, Operations Training, or Hub/Warehouse Management.
- Experience in Quick Commerce and Last-Mile Logistics is preferred.
- Strong understanding of dark store operations, warehouse workflows, and order fulfillment processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to train frontline teams and drive process compliance.
- Willingness to travel across Bangalore to visit operational sites.
