What does the candidate need to accomplish in the near future - Lead advanced process engineering research and development, develop recent process formulations, improve process performance and yields, analyse test data, support customer demonstrations and contribute to next-generation semiconductor product development.

What projects will the candidate work on? - Challenging and rewarding points about the job? The candidate will work on cutting-edge etch and deposition technologies involving atomic precision, materials science and surface engineering.

Key areas include ALD, CVD, PECVD, PVD, plasma physics, RIE, ALE, ICP, CCP, material synthesis and characterisation.

The role involves close collaboration with customers and global cross-functional teams to understand technology roadmaps, process flow and business challenges.





The candidate will also contribute to technology introduction and adoption at customer sites. APAC travel will be involved, and the candidate must be comfortable travelling across the region.

Additional details - This is a highly specialised process engineering requirement. PhD candidates are preferred, particularly those with strong expertise in semiconductor process development, plasma, materials science, deposition, etch or related technologies.
