Role Description The Process Engineer will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and optimizing process systems for industrial projects, ensuring safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance. Day-to-day tasks include developing process flow diagrams and P&IDs;, performing process calculations, supporting process control strategies, and preparing technical documentation and proposals.

The role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary engineering teams, participating in design reviews,



and providing technical support during project execution and commissioning.

The Process

Engineer will also work closely with clients to understand process requirements and contribute to improvements, modifications, and expansions of existing plants. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Process Engineering and Chemical Engineering, with the ability to apply engineering principles to industrial process design and optimization.
- Proficiency in Process Design, including development of process flow diagrams, P&IDs;, equipment specifications, and sizing calculations.
- Experience or knowledge in Process Control, covering control strategies, instrumentation considerations, and integration with automation systems.
- Well-developed Analytical Skills to evaluate process performance, troubleshoot issues, interpret data, and recommend improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Familiarity with relevant industry codes, standards, and safety practices for process plants.
- Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams and communicate technical information clearly to stakeholders.
- Proficiency with process simulation or engineering design software (e.g., Aspen, HYSYS, or equivalent) is an advantage.
- Prior experience in industrial projects, especially in process plant design, modification, or expansion, is preferred.
