We are hiring a Process Consultant to lead discovery across Payments Services operational journeys and establish enterprise "gold standards". Using internal colleague/customer insights and external market intelligence, you will map current-state journeys, eliminate control gaps, and define best-in-class operating standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead operational discovery for priority Global Payments Solutions (GPS) journeys via interviews, shadowing, workshops, and MI/data reviews.

- Map current-state processes and customer journeys, detailing handoffs, exceptions, failure points, rework loops, and control gaps.

- Conduct targeted external market research and benchmarking to define practical "gold standards," standard operating procedures (SOPs), and service standards.

- Create a prioritized improvement backlog scored by impact, effort, and risk,



complete with measurable success metrics.

- Partner with Operations, Risk & Controls, Change, and Technology stakeholders to embed new standards and ways of working.

Key Requirements:

- Proven discovery and journey/process mapping experience within financial services operations (Global Payments preferred).

- Demonstrated ability to translate operational insights into adopted SOPs and practical service benchmarks.

- Data/MI proficiency: comfortable interpreting operational metrics and survey data to validate root causes.

- Solid cross-functional facilitation and stakeholder management across operations, risk, and technology
