Job Details

Role: RCM Operations US Healthcare Process

Location: DLF, Porur, Chennai

Shift: Night Shift

Salary: Up to 25,000 CTC





Joining: Immediate joiners only

Roles & Responsibilities

Support healthcare revenue cycle operations for US healthcare clients.

Assist with insurance verification and claim-related activities, as assigned.

Help maintain accurate billing information and operational records.

Support accounts receivable follow-ups and payment-related processes, depending on the assigned team.

Follow process guidelines, quality standards, and data privacy requirements.

Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.

Note: Specific responsibilities will depend on the process and team assigned.
