Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced, dedicated, and dynamic School Principal to lead and manage our school affiliated with the CBSE Board. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 1 year of experience working as a Principal in a CBSE school and possess strong leadership, academic management, and administrative skills.

The candidate will be responsible for maintaining academic excellence, managing teachers and staff, ensuring discipline, and creating a positive learning environment for students.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the overall academic and administrative operations of the school.
- Implement and monitor the CBSE curriculum and academic standards.
- Supervise teachers, staff, and their day-to-day responsibilities.
- Monitor students' academic performance, discipline, and overall development.
- Conduct staff meetings, parent-teacher meetings, and academic reviews.
- Develop strategies to improve teaching quality and student performance.
- Ensure compliance with CBSE guidelines, school policies, and educational standards.
- Maintain effective communication with parents, teachers, students, and management.




- Promote a safe, disciplined, and supportive learning environment.
- Manage school records, academic planning, and other administrative activities.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Principal in a CBSE-affiliated school is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of the CBSE curriculum, academic policies, and school administration.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage teachers, staff, students, and parents effectively.
