Key Responsibilities:

- Admissions & Parent Relations

Manage primary admissions from initial enquiry, counselling, school tours, and follow-ups through enrolment and student onboarding. Build strong parent relationships, address concerns, and coordinate parent-teacher meetings.

Ensure a welcoming and professional experience for prospective and existing families.

- Academic Leadership

Oversee curriculum implementation, lesson planning, assessments, syllabus progress, and student learning outcomes.Conduct classroom observations, monitor teaching quality, and support students requiring additional attention. Promote experiential, activity-based, and student-centred learning.
- Teacher Management

Guide, mentor, supervise, and evaluate primary teachers. Coordinate teacher meetings, training, induction, and professional development. Ensure effective classroom management, teamwork, and accountability.
- Primary Department Operations

Independently oversee the daily functioning of the primary block.



Manage timetables, teacher schedules, substitutions, attendance, and classroom readiness. Coordinate with administration, transport, housekeeping, and other departments to maintain safety, discipline, hygiene, and smooth operations.
- Student Wellbeing & Development

Monitor student attendance, behaviour, discipline, academic progress, and emotional wellbeing.Ensure a safe, inclusive, positive, and child-friendly environment. Address student concerns and coordinate necessary interventions. Have direct interactions with parents and address student concerns.
- Events & School Activities

Plan and execute assemblies, celebrations, competitions, exhibitions, annual functions, and extracurricular programmes. Coordinate teachers, students, schedules, and resources for successful event execution.
- Leadership & Accountability

Take complete ownership of the primary department’s academic standards, parent experience, and operational efficiency. Establish effective systems, maintain records, resolve routine issues, and provide regular updates to school management. Support school development, teacher recruitment, and academic planning during the school’s establishment phase.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree; B.Ed. preferred.

Minimum 3 years of school teaching experience, preferably with primary-level leadership or coordination experience.

Strong knowledge of primary education, curriculum planning, child development, and school operations. Excellent English communication, parent counselling, leadership, and organisational skills. Proactive, responsible, approachable, and capable of independent decision-making.

Familiarity with CBSE and/or international teaching practices.
