Role Description The Presales Manager Real Estate is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role involves engaging potential clients through calls, meetings, and site visits, presenting project details and benefits, and understanding client requirements to recommend suitable residential and commercial properties.

The Presales

Manager prepares and delivers sales presentations, coordinates with the sales and marketing teams to develop presales campaigns, and manages lead qualification, follow-ups, and pipeline reporting.

Responsibilities include maintaining accurate documentation of client interactions, supporting transaction closures with timely information, and providing feedback from prospects to help refine project positioning. The role also requires staying updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and local regulations to advise clients effectively and enhance presales strategies.

Qualifications

- Robust client engagement and communication skills, including the ability to conduct presentations, negotiations, and professional follow-ups.




- Experience in real estate presales or sales, with knowledge of residential and commercial property markets and leasing/sales processes.
- Proficiency in lead management, CRM tools, and basic reporting to track pipeline, conversions, and client interactions.
- Analytical and research abilities to interpret market data, project features, and investment metrics for prospective clients.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects, site visits, and presales activities efficiently.
- Comfort working on-site in the Pune Division and coordinating with cross-functional teams such as sales, marketing, and project management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field; relevant certifications in real estate or sales are an advantage.
- Prior experience in investment advisory, commercial leasing, or tenant representation is beneficial.
