Key Responsibilities

- Teach Hindi to Primary Grades (Classes 1–5) as per the CBSE curriculum.

- Prepare engaging lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and classroom activities to develop students' Hindi language skills.

- Help students develop proficiency in Hindi reading, writing, speaking, vocabulary, grammar, and comprehension.

- Teach Hindi alphabets, words, sentence formation, grammar, and basic language concepts using age-appropriate methods.

- Encourage students to develop an interest in Hindi through storytelling, rhymes, poems, role-play, and interactive activities.

- Assess students' learning progress through regular tests, classwork, homework, and oral assessments.

- Provide individual attention, remedial support, and enrichment activities based on students' learning needs.

- Integrate smart boards, digital resources, and innovative teaching methodologies into classroom instruction.

- Maintain student records, attendance, academic progress, and assessment reports.

- Ensure effective classroom management and maintain a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning setting.

- Participate in Parent-Teacher Meetings, school events, language activities, competitions, and academic initiatives.

- Collaborate with coordinators and fellow teachers to support students' overall academic development.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Hindi or a relevant discipline.

- B.Ed. is mandatory/preferred as per the school's requirements.

- Minimum 2–3 years of experience teaching Hindi at the Primary level in a CBSE school.





- Strong command of Hindi grammar, reading, writing, and spoken Hindi.

- Good English communication skills to support classroom instruction.

- Proficiency in Smart Boards, MS Office, Google Classroom, and digital teaching tools.

- Experience in activity-based and student-centred teaching methods will be preferred.

- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

- Candidates from Thalambur and nearby locations will be preferred.
