Role Description This is a full time, on-site Presales Specialist role based in Bhubaneswar.

The Presales

Specialist will respond to leads, engage prospective customers, and provide accurate information about ongoing and upcoming projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include qualifying inquiries, understanding customer requirements, preparing proposals and presentations, and coordinating site visits. The role also involves maintaining detailed records of interactions, supporting the sales team with presales documentation, and following up with potential buyers to move opportunities through the sales pipeline.

Specialist will collaborate with marketing and sales colleagues to ensure consistent messaging and a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to assess customer needs, evaluate project fit, and interpret market data.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for clear verbal and written interactions with customers and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Consulting and Presales skills to recommend suitable project options, prepare proposals, and support sales closures.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to manage inquiries, handle objections, and ensure a professional and helpful experience.
- Relevant experience in real estate, construction, or property sales/presales is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site, manage multiple leads, and use CRM or lead-tracking tools effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
- Comfort with basic MS Office tools and presentation software.
