Role Description The Premium Acquisition Manager is responsible for identifying, onboarding, and nurturing relationships with premium customers, with a focus on driving growth in high-value accounts and deposits. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and networking within the Bengaluru market, conducting client meetings, understanding customer financial needs, and offering appropriate banking products and services. The role involves close collaboration with branch teams, marketing, and product teams to execute targeted acquisition strategies and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
It also includes tracking acquisition metrics, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines. This is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru.
