Pre-Sales Associate for Pain and Rehabilitation Clinic

Koramangala, Bengaluru Full time, Onsite Inbound tele-sales

What you’ll actually do

· Call Inbound leads only – people who have already enquired

· Understand the patient’s pain problem, listen properly and explain how we can help

· Book them for a consultation at the clinic – and make sure they actually turn up

· Chase leads who didn’t pick up, said “later”, or no-show. Persistence is most of the job

· Keep clean notes on every lead in the CRM. So nothing slips through

· Feedback what you hear on calls to the marketing team

Who are we looking for

· Fluent in Kannada and English. You will switch between both language all the day

· Phone sales experience is enough.



Insurance, edtech, loans, real estate, hospital, clinics

· Patient and warm with people in pain

· Based in Bangalore and willing to work from office at Koramangala

· Comfortable with Whatsapp, Google sheet and CRM

Experience required : 1 to 3 years of tele-sales in clinic, diagnostics, healthcare, Insurance, real-estate, loans experience

Nice to have : Hindi or Tamil.

Working days : 6 days a week. 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Pay: ₹340,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
