Company Description XLOUD builds cloud software that runs on a customer's own servers. Enterprises use it to virtualize their data centre, government bodies use it to run private and sovereign clouds, and cloud operators use it to build and sell their own public cloud and GPU services.

The platform covers virtualization, hyperconverged infrastructure, storage, networking, Kubernetes, disaster recovery, migration and log management. Our customers include central government bodies, state utilities, public-sector undertakings and large enterprises in India.

Roles & Responsibility

- Track tenders on GeM, eProcurement portals and private RFPs. Read each one fully, prepare the eligibility check, compliance matrix, technical response and bill of quantities, and flag risky clauses early.
- Prepare sizing sheets, proposals, statements of work and rate cards from the approved product catalogue.
- Research competitors: feature comparisons, battle cards, pricing intelligence.
- Create datasheets, one-pagers, case studies and pitch decks within the Xloud brand standards.
- Map target accounts and decision-makers, and build outreach lists.
- Keep the product and competitive knowledge base up to date.




- Every claim must be defensible and every number traceable. Pricing, commercial terms and anything sent to a customer are approved by your manager.

Pre-requisite

- MBA in Marketing, Strategy, Operations or Systems. A technical undergraduate degree is a plus.
- 1 to 4 years in presales, bid management, product marketing or enterprise IT sales support. Solid freshers with a technical background will be considered.
- Excellent written English. Most of this job is writing for CXOs and government buyers.
- Good Excel skills: sizing models, comparison tables, cost workings.
- Basic infrastructure knowledge: hypervisors and virtual machines, servers, storage and networking, public versus private cloud, backup and disaster recovery, RPO and RTO.
- Research discipline: find the source, cite it, never guess.
- Ability to handle several deadlines at once.
- Plus points: GeM or public-procurement experience, deck-building ability, comfort using AI tools, prior work in cloud, storage or data-centre businesses.
- This is an in-office role, from Delhi.
