Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented PPC skilled for a sales-based role in Ahmedabad. The candidate will coordinate with the sales team, customers, production, and supply chain departments to ensure effective demand planning, production scheduling, order tracking, and timely delivery of products

- Coordinate with the sales team to collect customer requirements, sales forecasts, and order details.
- Prepare and monitor on sales orders and demand forecasts.
- Coordinate with stores, and logistics teams to ensure timely order execution.
- Monitor order status and delivery schedules.
- Track pending orders and proactively communicate delivery updates to the sales team.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly planning reports using MS Excel.
- Analyse sales and demand data to identify planning gaps and delivery risks.




- Maintain accurate records of customer orders and dispatch status.
- Ensure effective coordination with sales to achieve customer satisfaction.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate in Engineering, Commerce, or a related discipline.
- 36 years of experience in PPC, production planning, order management, or sales coordination.
- Experience in a manufacturing or engineering company is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, including formulas, PivotTables, and reporting dashboards.
- Good analytical, communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Knowledge production planning processes will be an advantage.
