Company Description

Our client is a London-based B2B software and fintech marketing agency looking for a hands-on specialist to support paid advertising, email marketing and marketing automation.

Responsibilities

- Manage and optimise PPC campaigns, primarily across Google Ads, including targeting, budgets, tracking and performance reporting.
- Create and manage email campaigns, nurture sequences and automated workflows.
- Build and maintain marketing automations using platforms such as HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Zapier, Make or similar tools.
- Monitor campaign performance and improve lead generation, conversion rates and campaign efficiency.




- Use AI tools to streamline marketing workflows, research, reporting and campaign execution.

Qualifications

- 3+ years of relevant experience in PPC, email marketing and marketing automation.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, email marketing platforms and automation tools.
- Understanding of B2B lead generation, audience segmentation, conversion tracking and campaign analytics.
- Familiarity with GA4, CRM platforms and marketing performance metrics.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and execute campaigns end to end.

Bonus: Experience with B2B SaaS or fintech clients, LinkedIn Ads, HTML email templates, APIs or AI-powered workflows.
