:

1. Production Planning & Scheduling

- Master Schedule Management: Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on customer delivery timelines and aerospace order backlogs.
- Capacity Planning: Evaluate shop-floor machine and manpower capacity to keep utilization rates balanced (typically targeting 85%–90% or higher).
- BOM & Routing: Manage Bills of Materials (BOM), routings, and work orders inside Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or SAP systems.

2. Material Requirements Planning (MRP) & Procurement Coordination

- Material Forecasting: Plan raw materials, specialized aerospace alloys, fasteners, and shop consumables to prevent stockouts.
- Vendor & SCM Coordination: Liaise with the Supply Chain Management (SCM) and procurement teams to track lead times, handle vendor delays, and escalate material shortages.
- Work-in-Progress (WIP) Tracking: Monitor batches across different machining, assembly, and treatment stages to prevent floor bottlenecks.

3. Shop-Floor Control & Execution

- Daily Stand-ups / Sunrise Meetings: Lead or participate in daily production alignment meetings to review schedule adherence and immediate floor issues.
- Bottleneck Resolution: Reallocate resources, adjust shift plans, or reschedule tasks when machine breakdowns, tooling issues, or quality rejections occur.
- Cycle Time & Takt Time Analysis:



Track key operational metrics like cycle time, OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), and waste reduction.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Compliance

- Inter-Departmental Liaison: Work closely with Quality Assurance (QA/AS9100 standards), Design Engineering, Tooling, Maintenance, and Sales.
- Aerospace Quality Standards: Ensure strict compliance with aerospace quality management systems (such as AS9100 / ISO 9001) and maintain documentation hygiene.

MIS & Performance Reporting: Generate daily/weekly Management Information System (MIS) reports on On-Time Delivery (OTD), schedule adherence, and production Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
