Senior Power Systems Design Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Power Systems Design Engineer to lead electrical power system architecture and design for Hyperscale Data Centers. The role involves developing creative and cost-effective HV/MV/LV electrical distribution solutions, engaging with customers and consultants, and providing technical expertise in power system design, protection, automation, and monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and optimize HV/MV/LV power distribution architectures for Hyperscale Data Centers.
- Conduct power system studies, equipment sizing, protection coordination, and power quality assessments using tools such as ETAP.
- Develop reference designs, technical documentation, and innovative electrical solutions.
- Engage with customers, design consultants, panel builders, and contractors to understand technical requirements.
- Support UPS,



power electronics, automation, monitoring, and control solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver competitive and reliable electrical architectures.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering; Master’s in Power Systems is preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in electrical power system design and engineering, preferably with a consulting background.
- Proven experience in Hyperscale Data Center electrical design.
- Strong knowledge of HV/MV/LV systems, protection schemes, power system studies, and ETAP.
- Experience working with customers, consultants, contractors, and channel partners.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and technical presentation skills.
