- 3-8 years of hands-on experience in power system studies, modeling, simulation, and grid analysis.

- Strong expertise in load flow, short-circuit, harmonic, protection coordination, and transient stability studies.

- Experience in renewable energy integration, including Solar PV, Wind, and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).

- Proficient in modeling power system components such as generators, converters, transformers, transmission lines, loads, and protection devices.

- Hands-on experience with ETAP, PSSE, PSCAD, DIgSILENT PowerFactory, MATLAB, Python, and MS Excel.

- Ability to perform steady-state, agile, EMT, and frequency-domain simulations to assess system performance and grid compliance.

- Strong understanding of grid codes, IEC standards, utility interconnection requirements, and power system protection principles.

- Familiarity with Python and cloud-based tools for automation, analytics, and engineering workflows.

- Excellent technical documentation, presentation, and stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to translate complex study results into actionable recommendations.
