- Monitor the patient's vital signs, including temperature, pulse, blood pressure, and respiration.

- Assess the patient's level of consciousness and overall condition.

- Administer prescribed medications on time, including pain relief medicines.

- Perform wound dressing and monitor for signs of infection.

- Observe for complications such as bleeding, swelling, or breathing difficulties.

- Maintain personal hygiene and provide comfort to the patient.

- Assist with feeding, mobility, and daily activities as advised.

- Monitor fluid intake, urine output, and bowel movements.

- Follow infection prevention practices and maintain proper documentation.

- Educate the patient and family about medication, wound care, follow-up visits, and warning signs requiring medical attention.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
