About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and analytical Portfolio Manager to manage and monitor stock market investments, develop investment strategies, and optimize portfolio performance in line with the company's financial objectives. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of equity markets, financial analysis, risk management, and portfolio diversification.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and monitor the company's investment portfolio across equity markets and other approved financial instruments.
- Conduct fundamental and technical analysis to identify investment opportunities.
- Develop and implement investment strategies aligned with the company's financial goals, risk appetite, and investment horizon.
- Track stock market trends, economic indicators, corporate announcements, and market developments.
- Perform company valuation, financial statement analysis, and industry research to support investment decisions.
- Monitor portfolio performance, asset allocation, diversification, and risk exposure.
- Identify potential risks and implement appropriate risk management strategies.
- Prepare regular portfolio performance reports, investment reviews, and recommendations for management.
- Maintain accurate records of investment transactions and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and internal investment policies.
- Coordinate with brokers, research analysts, financial institutions, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Evaluate investment performance against relevant market benchmarks and recommend portfolio rebalancing when required.
- Maintain confidentiality of the company's financial information, investment positions, and trading strategies.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA in Finance, CFA, or other relevant financial certifications will be an added advantage.




- 3–7 years of relevant experience in portfolio management, equity research, investment analysis, or stock market operations.
- Strong understanding of Indian equity markets, NSE, BSE, and financial instruments.
- Proficiency in financial modelling, valuation techniques, and portfolio performance analysis.
- Working knowledge of financial research platforms, stock market terminals, and MS Excel.

The candidate must ensure that all investment and trading activities comply with applicable SEBI regulations and other relevant laws. Where the role involves regulated portfolio management or investment advisory services, the candidate must meet the applicable registration, qualification, and compliance requirements.
