Job Title:

Portfolio Manager – Personal Loans

Job Purpose:

To manage and grow the Personal Loan portfolio by driving customer engagement, portfolio profitability, delinquency control, cross-selling opportunities, and ensuring adherence to risk and compliance guidelines. The role involves monitoring portfolio performance, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting business growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and monitor the Personal Loan portfolio to ensure portfolio health and profitability.
- Track portfolio performance metrics such as disbursements, utilization, delinquency, roll rates, and customer retention.
- Engage with existing customers to strengthen relationships and identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
- Drive portfolio growth through customer acquisition referrals and repeat business.
- Analyze portfolio trends and identify risks impacting business performance.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, credit, and collections teams to ensure smooth portfolio management.
- Monitor early delinquency accounts and support collection efforts for overdue customers.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and audit guidelines.
- Prepare MIS reports and portfolio performance reviews for management.
- Handle customer queries and complaints within defined service standards.




- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Education:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA/PGDM preferred.

Experience:

- 3 to 8 years of experience in Personal Loans, Consumer Lending, Retail Assets, Portfolio Management, or Relationship Management.
- Experience in portfolio monitoring, customer servicing, and retail lending products preferred.
