Role: PMO Analyst – Azure DevOps & Power BI.

Location: Gurgaon Only

Experience – 7 to 12 years immediate joiners only

JD:- We are specifically looking for a candidate who is hands-on with Azure DevOps and Power BI, combined with strong PMO capabilities, including reporting, dashboard creation, governance, and operational support.

We are open to have profiles with extensive Jira experience , dashboard creation etc and a flavour of PMO activities if we cannot get someone on Azure Devops.

Role Overview

We are seeking a commercially aware PMO Analyst to support technology and transformation programmes through governance, reporting, financial management, and operational support. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in Azure DevOps (ADO), ServiceNow, Power BI, and Excel.

Key Responsibilities

Create and maintain Azure DevOps dashboards, queries, filters, and status reports.

Produce project, programme, and executive-level reporting using ADO.

Raise and manage ServiceNow tickets for access requests, incidents, VDI provisioning, and project onboarding activities.





Develop Power BI dashboards to provide delivery, financial, resource, and operational insights.

Track project budgets, forecasts, underspend/underburn, and resource costs using advanced Excel.

Maintain and Update RAID logs in ADO across the Bupa programs

Collaborate with delivery teams, finance, and senior stakeholders to ensure effective programme governance.

Strong commercial acumen and experience managing project financials and underburn reporting.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.

Experience supporting large scale Agile delivery programmes.

Skills & Experience

- PMO or project coordination experience within technology programmes.
- Solid skills in Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Power BI, and Excel.
- Experience in programme reporting, governance, and financial tracking.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience supporting Agile delivery teams.
- Organised, proactive, and detail oriented.
