Role & responsibilities

Manage PLM workflows, engineering releases, revisions, approvals and implementation.

- Maintain and validate CAD BOM, EBOM, SBOM and coordinate EBOMMBOM alignment with Design/PPC/Plant.
- Drive ECR/ECN lifecycle, stakeholder coordination, implementation tracking and closure.
- Ensure BOM/data accuracy, configuration control, traceability and process compliance.
- Coordinate with Design, Vehicle Integration, Manufacturing, Quality and Plant teams for change implementation and issue closure.
- Identify PLM process gaps and simplify/improve workflows, reports and tracking systems.
- Coordinate with PLM vendors/IT for system issues, enhancements, testing and implementation.
- Maintain action trackers, ageing, escalations and transparent ownership/timelines for closure.




- Support regular BOM checks and alignment between engineering intent and manufacturing implementation.
- Prepare MIS and management reports on PLM, BOM and change-management status.

Preferred candidate profile

Working knowledge of PLM and Engineering Change Management.

- Understanding of CAD BOM, EBOM, SBOM, MBOM and configuration control.
- Knowledge of ECR/ECN, engineering release and revision processes.
- Good Excel/data analysis and reporting skills.
- Working knowledge of automotive product development processes; SAP/ERP exposure is an added advantage.
