Company Description UNISTAR INNOVATIVE ENGINEERS AND SERVICES provides turnkey electrical solutions, including LT systems, PCCs, MCC, control panels, cable supply and laying, as well as erection, automation, telemetry, and instrumentation services. The company offers design and engineering, software development, and technology consultancy for diverse industrial applications. It specializes in AHU automation and turnkey supply, installation, staging, and factory acceptance testing of AHU systems.

UNISTAR also supervises erection and commissioning, and delivers software implementation and maintenance services. In addition, the company supplies and commissions measurement and testing equipment such as flow meters, pressure transmitters, temperature sensors and transmitters, level transmitters, and online liquid and gas analyzers.

Role Description This full-time, on-site PLC and SCADA Programmer role is based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The role involves designing, programming, and configuring PLC and SCADA systems for automation projects, with a focus on AHU systems and related electrical and instrumentation solutions. Daily responsibilities include developing control logic, integrating measurement and testing equipment, troubleshooting system issues, and optimizing system performance.

The programmer will collaborate with design, engineering, and field teams to support installation,



staging, factory acceptance testing, and commissioning. The role also includes maintaining documentation, implementing software updates, and providing technical support for ongoing operations and maintenance.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong foundations in Computer Science and Software Development.
- Candidates should possess skills in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
- Candidates should possess experience relevant to Back-End Web Development where it supports industrial automation interfaces and data handling.
- Hands-on experience with PLC programming, SCADA configuration, and industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP).
- Familiarity with instrumentation and control systems, including sensors, transmitters, and analyzers used in process and AHU automation.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, P&IDs;, and technical documentation.
- Robust analytical and troubleshooting skills, with attention to safety and quality standards.
- Relevant technical degree or diploma in engineering, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with on-site engineering and commissioning teams.
