We are looking for a Platform Product Delivery Manager to join IKEA Group Digital. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of digital products within a platform subdomain, ensuring they are built and operated with quality, scalability, and business value in mind. You are someone who inspires others, builds strong teams, and creates clarity in complex situations.

You combine a strong customer focus with a deep understanding of technology and delivery, and you have the ability to translate insights into tangible product outcomes. Above all, you take ownership, show initiative, and are passionate about delivering high-quality digital products that make a difference.

- Strong Experience in Business Steering solutions such as Market Share, Service optimisation, PnL …
- Strong experience in leading cross-functional product and engineering teams

- Ability to define and measure success through KPIs and OKRs

Key responsibilities (title) A day in your life with us Key responsibilities (text) As a Platform Product Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for driving the full lifecycle of digital products – from discovery and development to deployment and operations – ensuring they deliver value to the business and our customers. You will work closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to secure alignment, remove obstacles, and ensure seamless delivery across teams and dependencies. You will also play a key role in building strong, high-performing teams and enabling ways of working that support speed, quality, and continuous improvement.

To be concrete, you will:

- Own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of digital products (discovery development deployment operations adoption pivot/persevere decisions)
- Drive product and engineering execution, including prioritisation, delivery speed, and quality
- Promote modern engineering practices such as automation and continuous improvement
- Ensure operational excellence, including availability, performance, and compliance requirements




- Remove blockers and manage cross-team dependencies to enable smooth delivery flow
- Lead and develop high-performing teams, fostering ownership, accountability, and collaboration
- Use data, KPIs, and insights to drive decisions and continuously improve outcomes
- Contribute to reducing technical debt and improving long-term product sustainability
- Lead through change and uncertainty with a structured, pragmatic, and positive mindset
