Job Title: Plant / Operations Manager

Job Summary:

The Plant/Operations Manager will oversee daily plant activities, ensuring efficient production planning, workforce management, equipment maintenance, quality standards, workplace safety, and timely delivery of precast concrete or RMC products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan production as per orders and achieve daily output targets.
- Manage labour, contractors, shifts, and workforce discipline.
- Oversee moulds, batching plants, cranes, vehicles, and maintenance.
- Manage curing, stacking, yard operations, and yard expansion.
- Ensure timely dispatch, delivery, safety, and wastage control.
- Supervise the Production Manager, helpers, purchase executive, and stores operations.
- Monitor day-to-day purchases; major purchases will be handled by the Directors.

Preference: Candidates must have practical experience running a plant independently, preferably in a remote location, and be able to explain their previous plant’s daily operations. Candidates from unrelated industries will not be considered.

Experience:

10+ years of experience managing a precast or RMC plant.

Qualification:

B.Tech or Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.

Preferred Industry:

Precast Concrete Plant or RMC Plant only.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
