About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Plant Operation Manager to support day-to-day plant operations related to the production and processing of High Security Registration Plates (HSRP).

The candidate will coordinate between production, quality, installation, and other operational teams to ensure smooth plant functioning and timely completion of daily production targets. Candidate should be a technically qualified and responsible skilled with min 6 to 8 years of experience in plant/production operations, preferably in the automotive or HSRP industry.

- Production efficiency and productivity
- Operating sophisticated equipment
- Reduction in rejection and material wastage

- Inventory accuracy and material availability
- Adherence to SOPs and quality standards

Educational Qualification:

- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, Automobile, Electronics, or related technical discipline.

Experience:

- 68 years of relevant experience in plant operations, production managing, manufacturing, automotive, automobile components, or a related industry.
- Experience in HSRP/vehicle registration plate manufacturing or operations will be an added advantage.
- Fresh candidates with strong technical knowledge and relevant industrial exposure may also be considered, depending on suitability.
