Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage HR operations, including payroll processing, statutory compliance, and industrial relations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure effective management of employees.
- Ensure timely implementation of EPF, ESIC, and other statutory requirements for the organization.
- Provide guidance on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Job Requirements :
- 9-15 years of experience in an HR role within the food/ FMG industry.
- Solid knowledge of HR policy formulation, implementation, and maintenance.
- Proficiency in handling complex payroll processes (EPF, ESIC) and statutory compliances.
