Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Plant Head / Factory Manager to oversee overall factory operations, ensuring effective production, quality compliance, GMP adherence, cost optimization, and timely delivery while driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end manufacturing plant operations.
- Oversee Production, QA, QC, Maintenance, Stores, Warehouse and Planning departments.
- Develop and execute daily, weekly and monthly production plans.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, ISO standards and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor productivity, operational KPIs and manufacturing costs.
- Drive process improvements, reduce wastage and improve efficiency.
- Ensure preventive maintenance and minimize machinery downtime.




- Lead plant teams and ensure effective interdepartmental coordination.
- Support audits and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Qualification & Experience

- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of manufacturing experience, including 3+ years in plant leadership.
- Strong experience in Cosmetics / Personal Care / Pharma Manufacturing preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of GMP, ISO, production planning and plant operations.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving and team management skills.
- Preference for local candidates from Maharashtra, particularly Palghar, Boisar, Tarapur and nearby locations.
