We are currently hiring for the position of Planning Engineer for Sterling and Wilson Data Centre, a leading organization in the EPC and infrastructure sector.

Position: Planning Engineer

Location: Rabale, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra

Experience: 2–5 Years

Preferred Industry: EPC, Data Centre, MEP & Infrastructure

Notice Period: Candidates available to join within 30 days preferred

Job Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain and update project schedules, baseline programmes and detailed work plans.
- Prepare and update project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
- Monitor actual project progress against planned targets and identify schedule deviations.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards and S-curves.
- Track project milestones, critical path, dependencies and key deliverables.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, site execution and project management teams.
- Identify potential project delays and support the preparation of recovery plans and corrective actions.
- Monitor manpower, material availability, resource utilization and execution progress.
- Prepare look-ahead schedules and support project review meetings.
- Maintain project planning documentation,



schedule updates and progress trackers.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil or a relevant engineering discipline.
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in project planning and scheduling.
- Relevant experience in EPC, Data Centre, MEP or infrastructure projects preferred.
- Working knowledge of Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
- Valuable understanding of project scheduling, critical path analysis, progress monitoring and delay analysis.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting and project coordination.
