Key Responsibilities

- Financial Compliance & Control: Implement and monitor financial procedures to ensure adherence to corporate and statutory requirements.

- Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead annual budget preparation, periodic forecasts, and financial reporting.

- Plant Controlling: Manage plant P&L;, scrap, inventory, customer claims, and manufacturing footprint assessments.

- Business Analysis: Conduct variance analysis, simulations, and deep-dive financial reviews to identify cost-saving opportunities.

- Cash Flow Management: Oversee operational cash flow, capital expenditure, and working capital optimization.

- Strategic Planning: Partner with BU controllers to develop and track action plans for productivity and profitability improvements.





- Performance Monitoring: Continuously track KPIs and financial impact of implemented initiatives.

Job Specifications

- Education: CA / CMA qualified.

- Experience: 5-10 years in financial controlling, with hands-on plant environment exposure in Tier-1 manufacturing organizations.

- System Expertise: Proficiency in SAP FICO and solid understanding of industrial financial flows.

- Work Mode: Permanent role, 5-day work week.

- Gender Requirement: Female candidates only.

- Location: Pune (local candidates only).
