Role Description The Planning Engineer role at HALDHAR INFRATECH is a full-time, on-site position based in Multai.

The Planning

Engineer will develop and maintain project schedules, coordinate production planning, and align resources and timelines to meet construction milestones. Daily responsibilities include monitoring project progress, analyzing data to identify risks or delays, and implementing project control measures to keep work on track. The role involves close collaboration with construction, procurement, and site management teams, regular reporting on status and variances, and clear communication of plans and updates to stakeholders.

Engineer will also support continuous improvement in planning processes, ensuring that projects adhere to quality, safety, and sustainability standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Planning and Production Planning skills to develop, manage, and optimize project schedules and resource allocation.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Project Control capabilities to interpret project data, track performance, and implement corrective actions.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present clear, concise reports and updates.
- Relevant experience in infrastructure or road construction planning, including familiarity with project management and scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and a commitment to safety and quality standards.
- Ability to work in office in Multai and coordinate with field teams in a fast-paced project environment.
