Responsible for achieving target-based placement outcomes for students associated with Edulateral by identifying suitable employment opportunities, building corporate hiring partnerships, coordinating recruitment drives, and ensuring consistent student placement conversions against defined targets.
Build and strengthen placement collaborations with industries and partner organizations.
Engage with corporate HR teams to identify hiring opportunities for students from partner institutions.
Organize and coordinate campus placement drives, industry visits, and networking sessions.
Maintain and expand industry databases, outreach contacts, and placement performance records.
Collaborate with academic institutions to align student skills with industry expectations.
Support in developing MoUs and partnership proposals with companies and industry bodies.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
2–3 years of experience in industry relations, training, or placement coordination.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships effectively.
Positive understanding of industry hiring trends and student placement processes.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
