Duration: Contract to Hire

Sr Developer with PKI /cryptography skills to provide the following activities -

1.Automate certificate management for Telco and 5G network devices, enabling secure and scalable certificate provisioning.

2.Develope certificate enrollment APIs and contributed to development activities within the JioCA in-house open-source PKI stack.

3.Implemente automation using REST APIs for certificate enrollment, renewal, and lifecycle management.

4.Designe and configured workflow automation for certificate approval processes for Telco teams and other stakeholders.

5.Implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and integrated PKI services with enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems.

6.Implement UI customizations and portal enhancements to improve usability and operational efficiency.

7.Integrate application and device certificate provisioning across internal platforms and services.

8.Establishe CI/CD pipelines for endpoint applications, integrating certificate-based security into the software delivery lifecycle.

9.Implement code-signing certificate workflows for Windows, macOS, Linux, IoT, and edge devices.

1. Enable PKI automation and API integrations with internal systems and applications.

• Subject matter expert of digital certificate technology that includes all tiers in Certificate Authority (CA) hierarchy.
- Identify and document PKI requirements for all infrastructure devices and software within the company.
- Create and maintain documentation on certificate installation guidelines.
- The first point of contact in response to the renewal of digital certificates before expirations.




- Execute fulfilment requests to purchase or renew certificates.
- Coordinate certification installations and revoke unused certificates with other technical teams to ensure no outage to devices and software.
- Collaborate with the vendor and other technical teams as required to reach resolutions on any issues related to digital certificates.
- Automate monitoring and alerting of the validity of all digital certificates at infrastructure and applications layers.
- Automate installations of all digital certificates, servers and application layers.
- Stay abreast with the latest security and compliance matters related to digital certificates.
- Perform a regular audit or SSL test to ensure all devices/iOT/base stations and applications making the most secure communications based on industry standards.
- Provide consultations on best practices using the SSL/TLS encryption protocols.
- Create reporting on the validity status of certificates to management.
- Perform any other tasks that assigned by management.

Experience defining certificate lifecycle management processes and procedures (e.g. registration, identity proofing, certificate request, revocation, renewal) Proficiency in the design, implementation and migration of Microsoft Certificate Services (stand-alone and AD integrated)

Experience deploying a PKI following NIST 800-53, and Federal Information Processes.

Knowledge of Standards 140-2, aligned with the x.509 Federal Common Certificate Policy, and VISA certificate policy

Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Business Information Engineering, or established qualified with equivalent experience.

Must have exposure and experience with Azure (preferred), AWS, GCP or other cloud providers.
