Key Responsibilities

- Responsible for achieving target-based placement outcomes for students associated with Edulateral by

identifying suitable employment opportunities, building corporate hiring partnerships, coordinating recruitment drives, and ensuring consistent student placement conversions against defined targets.
- Build and strengthen placement collaborations with industries and partner organizations.
- Engage with corporate HR teams to identify hiring opportunities for students from partner institutions.
- Organize and coordinate campus placement drives, industry visits, and networking sessions.
- Maintain and expand industry databases, outreach contacts, and placement performance records.




- Collaborate with academic institutions to align student skills with industry expectations.
- Support in developing MoUs and partnership proposals with companies and industry bodies.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in industry relations, training, or placement coordination.
- Solid communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships effectively.
- Good understanding of industry hiring trends and student placement processes.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
