Preferred Candidate Profile

- Qualification: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Management, HR, Marketing, Engineering, or a relevant discipline.
- Experience: Prior experience in college/university placements, corporate relations, alumni relations, recruitment, or industry liaison is preferred.
- Candidates with an established corporate/recruiter network and experience in an engineering or higher-education institution will be preferred.

Placement

- Develop and maintain relationships with companies and recruiters for campus placement opportunities.
- Identify potential employers and invite organizations for campus recruitment drives.
- Coordinate placement drives, interviews, pre-placement talks, and recruitment activities.
- Maintain student placement records, recruiter databases, offer details, and placement reports.
- Coordinate with students and departments regarding placement schedules and company requirements.
- Support employability initiatives such as aptitude training, mock interviews, resume preparation, and soft-skills development.
- Follow up with recruiters regarding job opportunities, interview results, and offer status.

Alumni Relations

- Develop and maintain a strong alumni network and regularly update the alumni database.
- Engage alumni through meetings, events, webinars, mentorship programs, and institutional activities.
- Encourage alumni participation in student mentoring, career guidance, internships, placements, and industry connections.




- Coordinate alumni meets and maintain continuous communication with alumni.
- Strengthen alumni involvement in the institution's academic and professional development initiatives.

Industry-Institute Interaction

- Establish and strengthen relationships with industries, corporate organizations, and qualified bodies.
- Identify opportunities for MoUs, internships, industrial visits, expert talks, workshops, training programs, and cooperative activities.
- Coordinate guest lectures and industry interaction sessions for students and faculty.
- Facilitate internship and industry exposure opportunities for students.
- Maintain records and reports of industry collaborations and related activities.
- Work closely with academic departments to understand industry requirements and support initiatives that improve students' industry readiness.
