Global Flight Handling Services Pvt. Ltd. (GFHS) is looking for knowledgeable and experienced aviation professionals to join its training team as Pilot Ground Training Officers / Trainers. We invite applications from Ex-Pilots, Retired Pilots, Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL) Holders, Wing Commanders, and Air Traffic Control (ATC) Professionals who are passionate about sharing their expertise and mentoring aspiring pilots.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct pilot ground classes and aviation training sessions for aspiring pilots.
- Deliver theoretical instruction in relevant aviation subjects aligned with the candidates qualifications and expertise.
- Develop training presentations, lesson plans, and supporting learning materials.
- Share skilled experience, operational knowledge, and aviation industry best practices.
- Guide students on aviation fundamentals, flight operations, safety procedures, and professional standards, as applicable.
- Assess students’ understanding and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain attendance records, training documentation, and student progress reports.
- Ensure training delivery adheres to applicable aviation regulations and institutional standards.
