Role Description The Physiotherapist Ortho will provide comprehensive on-site orthopedic physiotherapy care at our Bengaluru facility, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting detailed physical evaluations, designing individualized treatment plans, delivering manual therapy and exercise-based interventions, and monitoring patient progress. The role involves maintaining accurate clinical documentation, educating patients and families on home exercise programs and prevention strategies, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals as needed.





This is a full-time position requiring active participation in case discussions, adherence to clinical protocols, and support of a positive, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

- Clinical expertise in orthopedic physiotherapy, including assessment and management of musculoskeletal and post-surgical conditions.
- Strong skills in manual therapy, therapeutic exercise prescription, and rehabilitation program planning.
- Ability to maintain clear, accurate clinical records and communicate treatment plans effectively to patients and colleagues.
- Commitment to evidence-based practice, continuous learning, and staying updated with current physiotherapy guidelines.
- Recognized degree or diploma in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT in Orthopedics or equivalent) and valid registration with the appropriate professional council.
- Demonstrated empathy, professionalism, and the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary clinical setting.
- Prior experience in an orthopedic or rehabilitation clinic in Bengaluru or similar urban setting is an advantage.
