About the Role:

We are an exclusive diamond maison based out of Chandigarh. As a Physical Stock Audit & Tally Executive, you will be the guardian of our inventory accuracy, dedicated to our atelier and responsible for meticulously monitoring the movement of stock between our atelier and retail stores. This role is critical to ensuring that every piece of jewelleryfrom raw materials to finished masterpiecesis accounted for with absolute precision.

Your work will directly impact our operational efficiency, financial accuracy, and the trust we place in our inventory systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular physical audits of stock in the atelier, ensuring 100% accuracy of inventory records.
- Monitor and track the incoming and outgoing movement of stock between atelier and retail stores.
- Maintain detailed tally sheets and digital records of all stock transactions.
- Reconcile physical stock with system records, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
- Work closely with the atelier team, retail managers, and accountants to ensure seamless stock coordination.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports for management review.
- Assist in cycle counting and year-end inventory audits.
- Ensure all stock is properly tagged, labeled, and stored according to company protocols.
- Maintain confidentiality of stock details and movement data.
