Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and responsible Pharmacy Manager to oversee daily pharmacy operations, manage inventory, supervise pharmacy staff, and ensure the safe and efficient dispensing of medicines. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, pharmacy regulations, inventory control, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily pharmacy operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Supervise pharmacists and pharmacy support staff.
- Monitor stock levels, maintain inventory, and ensure timely replenishment of medicines.
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and dispensing of medicines.
- Maintain records of purchases, sales, stock, and expiry dates.
- Coordinate with suppliers and distributors for procurement.
- Ensure compliance with applicable pharmacy laws, drug regulations, and licensing requirements.
- Monitor expired and near-expiry medicines and arrange appropriate handling.




- Maintain accurate billing, documentation, and inventory reports.
- Provide guidance to customers and coordinate with healthcare professionals as required.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- B.Pharm or M.Pharm from a recognized institution.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products and medicines.
- Knowledge of pharmacy operations and inventory management.
- Understanding of pharmacy regulations and compliance requirements.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to supervise staff and manage daily operations.
