We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Pharmaceutical Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Boisar & Palghar, West Maharashtra. The ideal candidate in the pharmaceutical industry.

Roles and Responsibility

- Responsible for utilities, air conditioning, and maintenance of building and premises.

- Ensures engineering activities such as PLC, HMI, programming, uploading, downloading, preventive maintenance, routine and breakdown maintenance, calibration, equipment and area validation are carried out according to schedule.

- Maintains a high degree of morale and discipline among the team.

- Upgrades, validates, and automates systems and equipment as per procedures and requirements.

- Trains subordinates for assigned jobs and optimizes resource utilization.

- In-house trains all maintenance personnel and validates/qualifies all equipment/systems of utilities and air conditioning.

- Prepares and revises SOPs related to engineering activities and ensures adherence to these SOPs.





- Minimizes automatic and instrumentation breakdowns to increase productivity and efficiency.

- Organizes, assigns, and approves trainings on SOP and topics (regulatory, SPIL specific, activity-based, EHS & developmental) for the Engineering Department in the Learning Management System as the Departmental training coordinator.

Job Requirements

- experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

- Diploma or BE/B Tech in Instrumentation Engineering/ITI Electrical-Mechanical Engineering.

- Possesses strong knowledge of automation, instrumentation, and electrical-mechanical engineering principles.

- Demonstrates excellent communication and leadership skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

- Exhibits solid problem-solving and analytical skills.
