Role Description The Personality Development Trainer will design and deliver training sessions that help learners build confidence, communication skills, emotional intelligence, and a positive mindset.

Responsibilities include planning curricula and modules, conducting live virtual classes, facilitating interactive activities, and providing constructive feedback and mentorship to learners. The trainer will create and update training materials, collaborate with the academic and content teams, and use online tools to track learner progress and engagement. This is a contract role and is fully remote,



requiring reliable internet access and the ability to work with learners across different schedules and time zones.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid skills in Personality Development and Training, with experience designing and delivering structured programs or workshops.
- Candidates should possess solid Research and Writing abilities to create engaging content, lesson plans, and learner resources.
- Candidates should possess Social Media skills to share educational content, engage learners online, and support community-building initiatives.
- Relevant experience in teaching, coaching, counseling, or mentoring, preferably in an educational or e-learning environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to connect with learners of different ages and backgrounds.
- Comfort with digital tools, online learning platforms, and virtual classroom technologies.
- A bachelor’s degree in education, psychology, communications, or a related field is preferred.
