We are looking for a passionate and creative Perfumer to join our Research & Development team and contribute to the development of unique and high-quality fragrance formulations.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop innovative fragrance formulations for perfumes, deodorants, body mists, andpersonal care products.

- Conduct fragrance evaluations, stability studies, and product performance testing.

- Blend fragrance compositions while ensuring consistency, quality, and costeffectiveness.

- Research new fragrance ingredients, market trends, and emerging consumer preferences.

- Collaborate with the R&D;, Quality Control, Production, and Marketing teams during product development.

- Maintain formulation records, laboratory documentation, and technical reports.

- Ensure compliance with IFRA guidelines and other applicable industry regulations.

- Participate in product trials, sample preparation, and fragrance optimization.

- Troubleshoot formulation challenges and recommend suitable improvements.

- Support fragrance selection for new product launches and enhancement of existing products.

Qualifications

- B.Sc. in Chemistry or a Degree/Diploma in Perfumery, Fragrance Technology, Cosmetic Science, or a related field is mandatory.





- Additional certification in Perfumery or Fragrance Creation will be an added advantage.

Experience

- 2–5 years of hands-on experience as a Perfumer or Fragrance Development Executive in the perfume, fragrance, cosmetics, or FMCG industry is mandatory.

- Candidates must have practical experience in fragrance formulation, fragrance blending, and product development.

- Freshers will not be considered.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of fragrance ingredients, aroma chemicals, essential oils, and formulation techniques.

- Hands-on experience in perfume formulation and fragrance development.

- Knowledge of IFRA standards and fragrance regulations.

- Excellent analytical and sensory evaluation skills.

- Good documentation and record-keeping abilities.

- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

- High attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Skills

- Experience working in a perfume or fragrance manufacturing company.

- Knowledge of current fragrance trends and consumer preferences.

- Ability to manage multiple fragrance development projects simultaneously.
