Roles and Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and execute performance testing plans to identify bottlenecks and optimize system performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze test results and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Develop automated tests using Load Runner, JMeter,



and SQL to simulate large-scale transactions.
- Analyze data from various sources (e.g., logs, metrics) to identify trends and areas of concern.
- Provide technical guidance on telecom-related projects involving complex systems integration.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 7-10 years of experience in Performance Test Engineering with expertise in Performance Testing tools like Load Runner & JMeter.
- Solid understanding of Telecom domain knowledge with hands-on experience working on BSS/OSS projects.
- Proficiency in writing automation scripts using programming languages such as Java or Python.
- Experience working with databases (SQL) for query optimization and performance tuning.
