About Us The Recipe Tailor is a growing food brand creating thoughtfully crafted snacks that make everyday chai, coffee and snacking moments more enjoyable. We're building a brand that leads with flavour, quality and memorable experiences.

We're looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who can take ownership of our digital growth, drive customer acquisition and turn marketing spends into measurable revenue.

What You'll Do

- Plan, execute and optimise paid campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Drive D2C website sales, customer acquisition and repeat purchases.
- Manage advertising budgets with a robust focus on ROAS, CAC and profitability.
- Build and optimise conversion funnels, retargeting campaigns and audience segments.
- Collaborate with our content and creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
- Conduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences, landing pages and offers.
- Track performance using GA4, Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager and Shopify analytics.
- Identify opportunities to improve website conversion rates and average order value.




- Analyse campaign performance and share actionable insights.
- Develop strategies to scale successful campaigns while maintaining efficient acquisition costs.

What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta and Google Ads.
- Proven experience scaling D2C or e-commerce brands, preferably in FMCG, food or lifestyle.
- Strong understanding of ROAS, CAC, LTV, conversion rates and attribution.
- Experience with Shopify, GA4 and conversion tracking.
- Ability to interpret data and make independent, commercially sound decisions.
- A creative mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Someone who takes ownership, experiments quickly and focuses on results.
