About the Role

AR Digital Technology Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled, results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns for the company and its clients.

The ideal candidate must have practical experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, Social Media Marketing, and Lead Generation, with the ability to develop and execute marketing strategies independently.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute digital marketing strategies based on business goals.
- Manage and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Implement on-page, technical, and local SEO strategies.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience research.
- Develop social media strategies and content calendars.
- Generate qualified leads and optimize campaign performance.
- Monitor CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Track performance using GA4, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager.
- Manage remarketing, conversion tracking, and A/B testing.
- Coordinate with design, content, development, and sales teams.
- Prepare performance reports and recommend improvements.





Requirements
- 2–3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
- Strong practical knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Good understanding of SEO, social media, and lead generation.
- Working knowledge of GA4, Google Search Console, and conversion tracking.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage campaigns independently and meet deadlines.
- Agency or client-handling experience is preferred.

Important: This is a hands-on execution role. Candidates with only theoretical knowledge and no practical campaign experience are not suitable. Salary & Benefits
