At Bigul, we’re looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Manager who can scale digital acquisition, optimize campaign performance, and drive measurable business growth.

What You’ll Do:

- Manage and scale campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Drive customer acquisition, app installs, registrations, and conversions.
- Optimize CAC, CPA, CPL, conversion rates, and ROAS.
- Analyze the complete funnel from click to activation and revenue.
- Manage attribution, conversion tracking, and performance reporting.
- Collaborate with Product, Technology, Analytics, and Creative teams to drive growth.

What We’re Looking For:





- 5–6 years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and campaign optimization.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Firebase, and mobile attribution tools such as AppsFlyer or Adjust.
- Strong analytical skills and a results-oriented mindset.
- Fintech, stock broking, BFSI, or financial services experience will be an added advantage.
