We’re Hiring: Performance Marketing Expert

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads.
- Generate high-quality leads and improve conversion rates.
- Monitor campaign performance, ROI, ROAS, CPL, and CPA.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare regular performance reports.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve ad creatives, audience targeting, and campaign performance.
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximize returns.
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with content and creative teams to develop high-performing ad campaigns.
- Identify opportunities to improve lead quality, customer acquisition, and overall marketing performance.

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.




- Strong practical knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Experience in lead generation, paid advertising, and customer acquisition.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
- Solid understanding of campaign optimization, audience targeting, and retargeting.
- Ability to optimize campaigns based on CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and reporting skills.
- Ability to make data-driven decisions and manage multiple advertising campaigns.
