Role Description The Performance Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. The role is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and improving operational and employee performance across the company’s different business units. Day-to-day activities include setting performance metrics, tracking KPIs, preparing performance reports, and recommending process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.

The Performance

Manager will collaborate with leadership and team leads to conduct performance reviews, identify skill gaps, and design training or coaching interventions.



The role also involves supporting budgeting and resource allocation decisions, communicating performance expectations clearly, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals and standards.

Qualifications

- Robust analytical skills to interpret data, track KPIs, and generate actionable performance insights.
- Effective communication skills to present findings, provide feedback, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in performance management, including setting targets, conducting reviews, and driving improvement initiatives.
- Ability to design and deliver training or coaching programs to address performance gaps and build capabilities.
- Budgeting skills to support resource planning, cost control, and performance-related financial decisions.
- Proven experience in operations, HR, or business management roles, preferably within service-oriented or multi-vertical organizations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, HR, or a related field; postgraduate qualifications are an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and presentation tools; familiarity with performance management or HRIS software is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a detail-oriented, results-focused approach.
